3 options:

A - Straight sale - $100 million each.
B - Royalties - $10 million deposit + royalties of 10%, allowing the buyer to exploit the operation himself
C - Joint venture - 50/50. Buyer invests in equipment and operating capital; seller offers the mines and know-how.
